“Pronunciation, accents, words,dialects, fascinating aspects of any language”. After discovering the existence of homophones I started working deeply on how to help my students to detect these similarities that sometimes can lead to misunderstandings.I also try to become more aware as a teacher to be able to detect and anticipate phonological difficulties that might hinder successful communication.
